Mumbai Constable’s Daughter Bags Gold, Two Bronzes At 9th Asian Goju-ryu Karate Championship
Yashyashvi began her karate career when she was in the 4th standard. Over a 15year career, she earned a second-degree black belt. She has participated in two international tournaments, four national tournaments, and several state-level tournaments. She stated, “I am pursuing civil services and aspire to become a skilled player as well as a referee.”

Mumbai: Yashyashvi Landge, the 21year-old daughter of constable Raju Landge, recently won three medals at the 9th Asian Goju-ryu Karate Championship 2025. She won a gold medal in the individual kumite event, a bronze medal in the individual kata event, and another bronze in the team kumite event.

Yashyashvi has completed her degree in commerce and is currently pursuing her master’s. Yashyashvi’s father, Raju Landge, is attached to Andheri police station. The Andheri police also felicitated Yashyashvi for her achievement.
