MHADA Announces Online Lottery For Over 5,300 Affordable Housing Units In Navi Mumbai, Mira Bhayandar & Thane

Mumbai: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Konkan Board has announced an online lottery for 5,285 affordable housing units in Thane, Mira Bhayandar, and Navi Mumbai. The lottery offers a total of 5362 housing units and plots, with the housing units located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and the plots available in the Sindhudurg district of the Konkan region.

The Konkan Board has also offered housing units in premium locations like Sanpada and Nerul under Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG), respectively. The majority of units offered under the LIG section are across Thane, Kalyan, Palghar, Mira Road, and Vasai areas.

In Navi Mumbai, 9 units at Pyramid Developers, Nerul, are priced between ₹24–31 lakhs, while DPVG Ventures LLP offers 11 EWS/LIG units priced at ₹14–25 lakhs. Neelkanth Infotech, Ghansoli has 11 units priced at ₹16–25 lakhs. Kamdhenu Grandeur, a premium project in Sanpada, offers 9 EWS units priced between ₹24–29 lakhs. Other premium projects offering housing units include Abhidarshan Corporation LLP (Titwala), Metro Dream Homes (Daighar, Thane), Sadguru Developers (Titwala), and Glory Township (Thane).

The lottery is structured into five components: the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme, the 15% Integrated Urban Housing Scheme, an additional 1,677 flats under the Konkan Board Housing Scheme, and 41 flats designated under the 50% Affordable Housing category.

The provisional list of eligible applications will be published on August 21st, 2025, at 6 PM on MHADA’s official website. The final list of eligible applicants will be published on September 1st at 6 PM on the same website.

The computerized draw will be conducted for eligible applications on September 3, 2025, at 10 AM at Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium, Thane. Applicants will receive lottery results via SMS, email, and the mobile application.
