Navi Mumbai: In a bid to shape an inclusive and future-ready development roadmap for the state, the Maharashtra government has launched a statewide citizen survey as part of the ‘Viksit Maharashtra 2047’ initiative.
Raigad District Collector Kishan Jawale has appealed to all citizens to actively participate in this survey and share their opinions, expectations, and priorities across 16 key sectors that will help draft the state's long-term vision document.
The initiative aligns with the Government of India’s national mission to make India a developed nation by 2047, marking the centenary of the country’s independence. As part of this broader ‘India @ 2047’ vision, Maharashtra has set an ambitious economic target—to reach a $1 trillion economy by 2029 and $5 trillion by 2047.
To ensure that this goal is realized with public involvement, the state government is inviting feedback through a dedicated digital platform. Citizens can access the survey and register their views by scanning a QR code or visiting the link: https://wa.link/o93s9m.
The survey seeks to gather grassroots-level insights and sector-wise feedback that will contribute to the formulation of the Viksit Maharashtra 2047 vision document.
