'He Will Be Paraded On A Donkey...': Sambhaji Brigade Threatens Prashant Kortkar Over Alleged Threat To Historian Indrajit Sawant

Sambhaji Brigade has come out in support of the historian Indrajit Sawant and has taken a serious stance against the alleged threatening phone call received from a caller identified as Prashant Kortkar.

The brigade while addressing a press conference has openly declared that the caller will be attacked wherever he is found.

Maharashtra State Organizer Sachin Sawant Desai stated that false history will no longer be tolerated. He issued a stern warning: "Prashant Kortkar, who has made derogatory remarks about Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, and other great leaders, will be beaten wherever found. His face will be blackened, and he will be paraded on a donkey."

Additionally, whoever confronts Kortkar is stated to be awarded with 1 lakh by the brigade.  

According to a viral Facebook post by historian Indrajit Sawant, Prashant Kortkar, allegedly a "Parashurami Brahmin," threatened him over the phone while invoking Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis’s name. In the leaked call recording, Kortkar can reportedly be heard hurling abuses and challenging the historian to witness the power of Brahmins. He also allegedly threatened to attack Sawant in his home. The conversation has gone viral on social media, fueling further outrage. Kortkar has accused Indrajit Sawant of spreading anti-Brahmin sentiment.

The brigade  has vowed to take action against Kortkar wherever he is found. Addressing the media, Sachin Sawant Desai stated:
"Prashant Kortkar from Nagpur has made offensive remarks against Maa Saheb Jijabai, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. Sambhaji Brigade strongly condemns this. However, we will not stop at mere condemnation—our workers will find him and deal with him accordingly."
