MP Chief Minister Mohan Yadav Plays Holi With Cops, Announces Over 8K New Recruitment In Ujjain
New recruitments of more than 8500 police constables and sub-inspectors will also be announced soon.

Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh): In the Holi Milan function of police organised at Nagjhiri Police Lines here on Saturday morning, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav showered flowers on policemen and the latter showered flowers on him in return.
The CM talked to women employees serving in the police department and fed them sweets and wished them Happy Holi.
On the occasion, CM Yadav said that making arrangements on Holi is a challenging task for the police. Police is a living human wall for security of the society. It faces all kinds of challenges and provides harmony to the society.
Police stay away from their home and loved ones on Holi, Diwali and all festivals and discharge its responsibility towards the society with full devotion and happiness. Hence, the security personnel have a special respect and place in the society.
According to the CM, in the state budget, special attention has been given to approval of new vehicles for policemen, new buildings of police stations, adequate facilities to face anti-social forces in Naxal-affected areas. The CM said that the government has recruited more than 6600 police personnel last year.
New recruitments of more than 8500 police constables and sub-inspectors will also be announced soon.
In the programme, the CM expressed condolences on the death of Indore police station in-charge Sanjay Pathak during duty on Friday and paid tribute to the departed soul.
