Madhya Pradesh: Grand Marble Temple To Be Built At Dadaji Dham In Khandwa

The temple will fulfil the long-standing wish of Dadaji devotees to mirror the spiritual significance of Ayodhya Ram Mandir

Khandwa (Madhya Pradesh): A grand marble temple, to be known as the ‘Fifth Dham’ will soon be constructed at Dadaji Dham with an estimated cost of ₹ 80 crore. The temple will fulfil the long-standing wish of Dadaji devotees to mirror the spiritual significance of Ayodhya Ram Mandir.

On the auspicious day of Ashadha Shukla Panchami, the temple’s bhoomi pooja was conducted with Vedic chants in the presence of revered saints, ministers and five young girls.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav arrived at the site around 4 pm, offered prayers at the samadhi of Bada Dadaji and Chhote Dadaji and made ahuti in Dhuni Mai for the prosperity of the state. He also bowed at the bhoomi poojan site and offered flowers as a mark of reverence.

A large number of devotees gathered at the event. Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, Tulsi Silawat, Vijay Shah, MP Gyaneshwar Patil, Mayor Amrita Yadav, MLAs and temple trustees also attended the event.

Following the rituals, CM Yadav addressed a dharm sabha, extended his best wishes to devotees, partook in prasadi at the community dining hall and then departed from Dadaji Dham by helicopter.

Chhote Sarkar donated  ₹21 crore for Dadaji Dhuniwale temple construction

Chhote Sarkar along with several revered saints visited Dadaji Dham and offered ahuti at Dhuni Mai. During the bhoomi poojan ceremony, he donated  ₹6 crore for the temple’s construction, in addition to an earlier announcement of  ₹15 crore making it a total of  ₹21 crore.

CM Yadav received the cheque and assured the temple would be built using top-grade marble, with full support from devotees if any further funding is required.
