Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Daily College of Business Management stood out as the winner in the grand finale of the Management Premier League (MPL) season-3 organised by the Indore Management Association (IMA) at Phoenix Citadel Mall. The event saw participation from students of various educational institutions of the city, showcasing their leadership and management skills.
The primary goal of the league was to provide emerging leaders with a significant platform to display their managerial skills. The event plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the corporate world and educational institutions. During the competition, participants engaged in various activities designed to enhance their decision-making abilities, creativity, and team spirit.
Under the MPL, activities organised include the CEO Apprentice-wherein a challenge was given to the participants and they had the opportunity to think and make decisions like a CEO.
AI & Human-An activity focused on coordination between artificial intelligence and human resources. Mock Boardroom Challenges-a simulated business meeting to test leadership and strategic decision-making skills. The event was coordinated by CA Pooja Sharma, Creative Head, DreamBex.
Rajvi Gupta, Shrutika Motwani, Jia Rajpal, Atharv Khandelwal of Daily College of Business Management were declared as winners of the MPL Season-3.
First Runner-Up were Harshita Singh, Daksh, Yashovardhan, Karishma of Symbiosis University, Indore and the Second Runner-Up were Ridhima Maheshwari, Aftab Alam, Kritika Mukti, Yashasvi Gaur of Shivajirao Kadam Institute of Technology and Management.
The event saw participation from several prestigious educational institutions of the city. The winners were honoured by the distinguished members of Indore Management Association.
The event has provided a new direction, energy, and inspiration for management leadership in the city. IMA aims to continue preparing students for the professional world through such events.
