Kolkata: West Bengal chapter of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on May 16 will hold ‘Tiranga Yatra’ in Kolkata and the women wing of the saffron camp will inform people about the importance of ‘women power’ in the armed forces.
BJP state president and MoS Sukanta Majumdar said that even if the police try to stop their rallies they will not stop.
“We are completely prepared. We will hold the Tiranga Yatra in Kolkata. Some districts have also prepared for the same. Even if the police want to stop our rallies they can’t as nobody can stop rallies with Tricolor. Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi had mentioned that ‘Operation Sindoor’ has not ended. The way Sindoor was wiped off from some women, our country has given a befitting reply and a strong message has gone across the world,” said Majumdar.
