Video: Woman Tied To Tree, Brutally Beaten Over Suspicion Of Performing Witchcraft In Telangana's Nizamabad

A woman was allegedly brutally beaten by her neighbour after being tied to a tree in Singampalli village under Mopal Mandal of Telangana's Nizamabad district. A video of the incident has surfaced on social media showing a woman in a red saree tied to a tree, whilst a group of people had gathered near her.
In the video, the woman can be seen arguing with a man. According to reports, the woman was accused of performing witchcraft by her neighbours and beaten up by them.
The woman seen in the video has been identified as Savita.
According to Telugu Scribe, a sheep belonging to a person named Gangaram entered Savita's house and ate rice. The animal also spoiled the place by urinating there.
The woman told Gangaram to tend to his livestock, but he ignored her requests.
