Video: Man Crushes Brother To Death By Tractor Over Land Dispute In Rajasthan's Bayana
The man died after being crushed by the tractor. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national spokesperson raised the issue of law and order in Rajasthan after the incident came to light.

Bayana: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Bharatpur, Rajasthan. On Wednesday, in a land dispute in Adda village of Bayana block, a youth was brutally crushed to death after being run over by a tractor several times. All this happened in the presence of a crowd. The purported video of the incident has gone viral on social media
The police have detained six people in connection with the incident. ASP Omprakash Kilaniya said that an investigation is being done regarding the incident. Six people are being detained and interrogated.
12 people injured
The officer said that as per the preliminary investigation, it seems that the young man who is driving the tractor is Damo alias Damodar, the younger brother of the deceased Nirpat. He said that 12 people have been injured, and are undergoing treatment at Bayana CHC and RBM Hospital in Bharatpur.
As per the reports, there was a land dispute going on for a long time between Bahadur and Atar Singh Gurjar in the village of Adda where this gruesome incident took place.
Victim killed brutally by his brother
About 4 days ago, both parties had filed a case against each other in the Sadar police station, but on Wednesday morning, people from both sides once again came face to face over the land dispute. A person from the Bahadur Gurjar side reached the disputed land with a tractor while the deceased Nirpat from Atar Singh's side, lay down on the ground to stop the tractor, but the accused youth driving the tractor crushed Nirpat. The accused kept running the tractor over the young man again and again until he died.
Sadar police station in-charge Jaiprakash said that information was received about a young man being crushed to death by a tractor in the village of Adda. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot The police are investigating the entire incident.
