Lucknow has reported 10 new COVID-19 cases today, with three doctors from King George's Medical University (KGMU) among the newly infected. This brings the total number of positive cases in the city to 17 within the last two days.

Gonda: Lucknow has reported 10 new COVID-19 cases today, with three doctors from King George's Medical University (KGMU) among the newly infected. This brings the total number of positive cases in the city to 17 within the last two days.
The 10 new cases, reported in the past 24 hours, include five women and five men. This surge has pushed the count of active COVID-19 cases in Lucknow to 37.
Among the new patients, a resident of Jankipuram tested positive after returning from a trip to Thailand, having traveled from June 8 to June 17. The three infected doctors from KGMU are residing in the TGHostel and have been placed in isolation under medical supervision.
Across Uttar Pradesh, 30 new positive cases were recorded in the last 24 hours, raising the total active cases in the state to 255. Gautam Buddh Nagar continues to have the highest number of active cases with 155, followed by Lucknow (37) and Ghaziabad (20). Yesterday, Lucknow had reported seven new cases, including a infant and a girl from Rahimabad.
