Muradabad: Security agencies have identified 21 suspects, including four women, following the arrest of a Pakistani ISI-linked operative from Rampur. The accused, who frequently visited Pakistan under business pretexts, allegedly facilitated espionage activities by connecting youth with foreign handlers and providing Indian SIM cards for intelligence operations.
Investigators monitoring the suspect for two months found evidence of his involvement in recruiting individuals under religious pretenses. Forensic examination of seized mobile devices is underway, while call records and travel documents are being scrutinized. The suspect remains in judicial custody until May 31 as authorities prepare for detailed interrogation.
