PM Narendra Modi Extends Wishes To Nation On Independence Day 2023

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday (August 15) extended Independence Day greetings to the nation. The Prime Minister remembered the freedom fighters. "Best wishes on Independence Day. We pay homage to our great freedom fighters and reaffirm our commitment to fulfilling their vision. Jai Hind!" said PM Modi on 'X' (formerly known as Twitter).

Home Minister Amit Shah also extended greetings on the independence day. "Happy Independence Day to all. I bow down to all the freedom fighters who contributed to the freedom of the country. This day also reminds us of our duties towards building the golden India dreamed of by the immortal sacrificers who sacrificed themselves in the sacrifice of freedom. Come, let us take a pledge to contribute our best in the unity and prosperity of the nation in the golden age of independence," said HM Shah on X.

Raksha Mantri (defence minister) Rajnath Singh also wished the country on the occasion of Independence Day and extended greetings to the nation. "Hoisted the National Flag at my residence on the auspicious occasion of 77th Independence Day. I urge everyone to hoist the national flag at their houses and participate in the ongoing Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. Jai Hind! Jai Bharat!"

UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath shared his feelings with the country on the occasion of Independence Day. "Hundreds of salutations to all known and unknown freedom fighters, brave sons of Mother India! Hearty congratulations and best wishes to the people of the state on the occasion of 77th Independence Day! The India of the dreams of immortal revolutionaries is being realized today in the form of 'Self-reliant India'. Hail India!," said CM Yogi on X.
