Bengaluru: The resident of the city have been enjoying cool weather over the past few days. The city is set to experience heavy rainfall on July 17, 2025. Cloudy skies are also expected in the city which is expected to remain same throughout the day.
The city woke up at 06: 02 AM. The minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to range from 21 degrees Celsius and 24 degrees Celsius, respectively. The city is expected to witness the sunset at 06: 50 PM. The weather department said that rain and cloudy skies will keep the temperatures mild and pleasant in the city.
KSNDMC shared a weather report on X
Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre (KSNDMC) shared a weather report on X (formerly Twitter) for seven days and wrote,
"Scattered to widespread light to moderate rainfall is likely over the coastal & coastal districts of the state, with heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places. Scattered to scattered light to normal rainfall is likely over the interior districts."
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD the rainfall is likely to be accompanied by strong surface winds, thunderstorms and lightning. Scattered heavy rainfall is predicted in isolated regions of the state. The rainfall is likely to be accompanied by gusty winds.

Humidity levels may hover around 70-85 per cent, making the air feel damp, especially after rainfall. If you plan to step out, it's advisable to carry an umbrella or raincoat, as sudden rain showers are common. Wearing light cotton clothes will help in dealing with humidity.

The minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to be around 21 degrees Celsius and 25 degrees Celsius, respectively. Cloudy skies are predicted with light rainfall on Friday.
