Kolkata: Due to technical snag in flight, a Mumbai bound San Francisco flight was halted in Kolkata at wee hours of Tuesday.

All the passengers were taken out at 0520 hours on Tuesday at Kolkata’s Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose airport.

Notably, despite arriving on time, the flight take off was delayed at San Francisco airport due to some error in its left engine.

This incident happened five days after the London Gatwick-bound Air India Boeing Dreamliner 787-8 crash at Ahmedabad airport on June 12 that took away 141 lives and only one passenger is surviving.
