Roshni Walia Gets Emotional At Son Of Sardaar 2 Trailer Launch As She Marks Her Bollywood Debut: 'Ek Chhote Sheher Se Aakar...' (VIDEO)

Television actress Roshni Walia, who began her acting career with Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki in 2012 and rose to fame for her portrayal of Ajabde Punwar in Bharat Ka Veer Putra- Maharana Pratap, is now set to make her big Bollywood debut in Son of Sardaar 2, starring Ajay Devgn and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles.

Roshni Walia Gets Emotional

At the trailer launch event of Son Of Sardaar 2 in Mumbai, Roshni was seen getting emotional, talking about the film, the 23-year-old actress was heard saying, "Yeh ek comedy film hai, but main rone lagungi kyunki mere liye yeh bohot badi baat hai... but thank you so much." Later, she joked, "Mera makeup kharab ho jayega."

"Itni badi film hai aur sabke saath kaam karne ka mauka mila hai, bohot accha lag raha hai. Ek chhote sheher (Allahabad) se aakar in sab ke saath khadi hoon aur baithi hoon, it’s so surreal. I’m so overwhelmed... Sir (Ajay Devgn), main bol nahi paungi," Walia said.

Further, she added, "I got a sister (Mrunal Thakur), and I got someone I genuinely consider a father figure, referring to Ajay, and an entire family. I’m so happy that yeh meri peheli movie hai inn sab ke saat hain."

About Son Of Sardaar 2

Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, Son of Sardaar 2 is a spiritual sequel to the 2012 film of the same name, which starred Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha.

In the second part, Devgn reprises his role as Jaswinder 'Jassi' Singh Randhawa, joined by Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, and Sanjay Mishra.

The film is slated to release on July 25, 2025.
