Khushi Kapoor Opens Up About Undergoing Cosmetic Procedures, Says It's 'Not A Big Deal': 'Was Not Born Like This'
Khushi Kapoor, who debuted in The Archies, addressed cosmetic procedure rumours, saying, "I wasn’t born like this… all actors groom themselves. I care about my looks but haven’t changed every single thing about my face." She added that she doesn’t want to set unrealistic beauty standards and sees no reason to hide procedures she has undergone.

Actress Khushi Kapoor, who made her acting debut with Zoya Akhtar's The Archies, opened up about undergoing cosmetic procedures. She admitted to having altered her looks but clarified that, contrary to popular belief, she hasn't done '10–20 things' to herself. Khushi also stated that going under the knife isn’t a big deal to her, as she doesn’t feel the need to be dishonest with people about her appearance.
Khushi, who is rumoured to be dating her The Archies co-star Vedang Raina, told ETimes, "There are a lot of impressionable youngsters who follow us on the internet. Plus, if we don’t do something about our looks, then it is a problem and people will judge you for your looks, and if we do something for ourselves, feeding your insecurities, then also people have a problem. People will say that why did she change herself and did not stick to her original looks? So, you are not going to win either way. I am going to live my life the way I want to."
Khushi shared that she was not born this way and, while all actors groom themselves and vanity is a large part of their lives, she does care about her looks but hasn't changed every single thing about her face.
"I don’t want to set unrealistic standards of beauty and so I became open about the procedures I had done to look like this," concluded Khushi.
On the work front, Khushi was last seen in the Netflix film Nadaaniyan, alongside Ibrahim Ali Khan, which marked his acting debut.
However, the film faced massive backlash due to the poor performances of both actors.
Khushi is yet to announce her new project.
