Barkha Bisht Enters Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2: All About Her Role In Smriti Irani, Amar Upadhyay's Show

The cult daily soap, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, returned to television with a fresh storyline two weeks ago, and instead of beating around the bush, this time, the story has kicked off from the very first episode. Within two weeks, the show has seen several twists and turns, and now, in a major plot twist, actress Barkha Bisht will be seen entering the show in the upcoming episode.

Tulsi's (Smriti Irani) life is all set to turn upside down as it was shown in the latest episode (August 10) that she finally finds out Viren's truth and confronts him. However, Pari seems to be in no mood to listen, and instead, she blames Tulsi for trying to end her impending marriage.

And in the midst of this mess, the promo of Monday's episode showed the entry of Barkha Bisht in Shanti Niketan and in the life of the Viranis, hinting at far more trouble brewing for Tulsi.

All about Barkha Bisht's character

If reports are to be believed, Barkha is all set to play the love interest of Mihir (Amar Upadhyay) and bring a major storm in the Virani mansion as well as Tulsi's happy married life. Reports said that hers will be a grey character, and she will express her love for Mihir, which will affect his dynamics with Tulsi and the rest of the family.

While Barkha has remained tightlipped about her role in the show, she is reportedly set to play a crucial part, and not just a passing role.

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi story so far

The new season of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi brought back several old characters like Tulsi, Mihir, Karan (Hiten Tejwani), Nandini (Gauri Pradhan), Hemant (Shakti Anand), Daksha (Ketki Dave), and others. However, the new storyline now revolves around Tulsi and her foster kids -- Angad, Pari and Hrithik.

So far, it has been shown that Angad gets falsely implicated in an accident case, but Tulsi later finds out the truth and rescues her son, with the help of Vrinda. Meanwhile, Pari gets engaged to Ajay after a terrible breakup, and turns out that Ajay's brother-in-law Viren is the one who caused the accident and wrongfully trapped Angad into it.

It will be now interesting to see how Tulsi will save her family from the new set of troubles ready to attack the Virani family.
