Aarti Ravi Accuses 'Third Person' Kenishaa Francis Of Breaking Her Marriage With Ravi Mohan: 'Light Of Your Life Brought Darkness Into Ours'

Aarti Ravi and Ravi Mohan, formerly Jayam Ravi, have made headlines post-divorce, amid rumors of him dating singer Kenishaa Francis. Calling her a 'third person,' Aarti said, "What broke us wasn't something between us; it was someone outside. The 'light of your life' brought only darkness into ours." Aarti Ravi and Ravi Mohan, formerly known as Jayam Ravi, have been hitting the headlines since their divorce announcement. Since then, there has been ongoing speculation about the actor dating singer Kenishaa Francis. On Tuesday, Aarti issued a fresh statement accusing Kenishaa of breaking her marriage, calling her a 'third person.'

Earlier, Ravi had referred to Kenishaa as 'a companion' who was initially his friend — someone who chose to save a 'drowning man' and quickly became his lifeline and source of support. Taking a dig, Aarti said, The truth needs to be said once and for all. Money, power, interference, or control-none of these are why our marriage suffers. There is a third person in our marriage. What broke us wasn't something between us-it was someone outside."

She added, "The "light of your life" brought only darkness into ours. That's the truth. This person was already in the picture-long before any divorce papers were filed. This isn't guesswork. I have proof.

Further, in a three-page statement, responding to Ravi's claims of having left his home barefoot and in a nightsuit, allegedly stripped of his wallet, Aarti countered his narrative by stating that Ravi, in fact, left wearing branded sneakers, fully clothed, with his wallet, Range Rover, and every other possession he chose to take. She emphasised that he was not exiled but 'exited calmly, consciously, and with a plan.'

"If he had truly escaped my "clutches," I only wish he had gone directly to his alleged "estranged" parents' home. Instead, he knocked on a door that only caused more damage. Let us not confuse a rescue mission with a rendezvous disguised as righteousness," added Aarti.

Earlier, Ravi shared that he had been deliberately kept away from his children since the separation, with communication strictly cut off. He added that when his kids were in a car accident, he wasn't allowed to check on them. In response, Aarti claimed that Ravi had seen the children four times in the past year—by his own choice. She said that their phones were never blocked, but that their hearts were broken by his absence, not by any enforcement.

"The minor car accident in which the children were unharmed, we sought insurance support to make the vehicle usable again. With their father abroad and unreachable, we went in person to our office-only to be turned away by a bouncer from a property we legally co-own," said Aarti.
