‘Aaj Main Bahot Nervous Hu’: Sanjay Kapoor Gets Emotional At The Trailer Launch Of Daughter Shanaya Kapoor’s Debut Film Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan (Watch)

Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor’s daughter Shanaya Kapoor’s debut has been in the news for the past few years. But, finally, with the movie Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan, which also stars Vikrant Massey, Shanaya will be making her acting debut. The trailer of the film was launched at an event in Mumbai on Tuesday, and at the trailer launch, Sanjay Kapoor got emotional while talking to the media.

He came on stage and said, "Main pichle 30 saal se kaam kar raha ho, but itna nervous nahi raha. Aaj main bahot nervous hu. Usse pehle ke kuch aansoon nikal jaaye, thank you (I have been working for the last 30 years, but I have never been this nervous. Today I am very nervous. Shanaya Kapoor’s Delayed Acting Debut

Shanaya was supposed to make her debut with a movie titled Bedhadak. However, the film got shelved. Later, she was roped in to star in a Malayalam pan-India film titled Vrusshabha, which stars Mohanlal in the lead role. But the movie is yet to see the light of day.

Later, there were reports that she would be making her debut with Student Of The Year 3, which will be made as a series. But, once again, there was no update on it. But now, finally, she is making her debut with Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan.

The actress also has Bejoy Nambiar’s Tu Yaa Main which stars Adarsh Gourav as the male lead.

Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan Release Date

Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan is slated to release on July 11, 2025. The film will clash at the box office with Rajkummar Rao starrer Maalik. Interestingly, the trailers of both movies were launched on Tuesday. So, now let’s wait and watch which movie will win the box office race.
