'Aaj Kal Ke Hero Stealing Franchise': Karan Johar Takes A Dig At Kartik Aaryan; Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 Actor Gives A Befitting Reply (Watch)
Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan hosted IIFA 2025, and a lot of videos of them have gone viral on social media. On Sunday, Kartik shared a video on Instagram in which he and Karan are taking digs at each other. Karan accuses Kartik for 'stealing franchise' from original actors, but the latter gives a befitting reply to him.

IIFA 2025 has been surely been creating a lot of buzz. The award function took place last week in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and on Sunday, it was telecast on Zee TV. A lot of videos from the awards have made it to the social media, and on Sunday, Kartik Aaryan shared a video on his Instagram in which he and Karan Johar are having a rap battle. In the rap battle, both them of them are taking digs at each other.
Karan tells Kartik, "Khans and Kapoors are still the OG guys, aaj kal ke hero dekho stealing their franchise." Well, of course, this was a dig at Kartik for stealing the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise from Akshay Kumar.

However, in the rap battle, Kartik was also not behind and he gave a beffiting reply. The actor replied, "Franchise chalana bhi bachchon ka khel nahin, mehnat main karta hoon hota isliye fail nahin. Student Of The Year 2 bhi nahi chali thi bhai, apni mehnat se maine Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 hai chalaayi." Check out the video below...
Well, all this was of course scripted, but from 'neop kid' to Shehzada being flop, Kartik and Karan's rap battle surely grabbed our attention. Also, they ended the battle by promoting their own upcoming film Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri.
A few days ago, a video of Karan and Kartik from IIFA 2025 had also gone viral on social media in which the latter's mom says that the family wants good doctor for the actor hinting at his relationship with Sreeleela who has a medical degree.
