UPSC NDA, NA Notification 2024 Released For 406 Posts, Apply by December 31; Check Application Fee Details & Exemptions For Female Candidates

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the notification for the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy (NDA) 1 Exam on its official website, upsconline.nic.in.
The registration link is now active, and eligible candidates can register until December 31. The application correction window will be available from January 1 to January 7, 2025. No changes to the registration profile can be made after visiting the application modification window.
According to the official notice, "Candidates applying for the examination must ensure they meet all the eligibility requirements. Their admission at all stages of the examination will be purely provisional, subject to fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria."
How to Apply for UPSC NDA NA 2024:
Visit the official website at upsconline.nic.in
On the homepage, click on 'New Registration.'
Register by providing the required details to generate login credentials.
Log in using your application number and password.
Complete the form, pay the application fee, and review the details.
Submit the form and download the confirmation page.
Available Posts:
Flying: 92 (including 2 for female candidates)
Ground Duties (Tech): 18 (including 2 for female candidates)
Ground Duties (Non-Tech): 10
National Defence Academy: Army - 208 (including 10 for female candidates), Navy - 42 (including 6 for female candidates), Air Force - (including 2 for female candidates)
Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme): 36 (including 5 for female candidates)
Total: 406
Candidates should first complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) process available on the Commission's website before filling out the application for the examination. The application fee is Rs 200, although female candidates and those from Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) are exempt from this fee. For further information, visit the official website.
