SSC Cancels Stenographer Grade C & D 1st Shift Exam In Bihar Centre Due To Operational Issues

SSC Stenographer Exam 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the first shift of the Stenographer Grade C and D Examination 2025 at the Maharshi Mehi Online Examination Centre, Sabour, Bhagalpur cancelled due to operational challenges. The examination scheduled for August 8, 2025, has been cancelled only for candidates who were allotted this specific centre for the first shift. The cancellation is not for other shifts or centres. Candidates can refer to the notice at www.ssc-cr.org.

As per the notification, all the candidates who are to be affected will be provided with a chance to sit for a re-examination for which a new schedule and center would be intimated in the near future. The Commission assured that the candidates would be informed individually through SMS on their registered mobile number with the new details.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is holding the Computer-Based Examination for Stenographer Grade 'C' and 'D' in the posts throughout the country from August 6 to August 8, 2025. The country-wide recruitment test is conducted at 157 examination centres located in 85 cities. In an earlier notification released by the Commission, more than 3.5 lakh candidates have registered for the examination.
