NEET UG Counselling 2025: MCC Releases Revised Round 1 Schedule; Check Important Dates Here

NEET UG Counselling 2025: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued an updated schedule for NEET UG 2025 counselling following the halt of choice filling and locking for Round 1. In accordance with the revised schedule, students can now finalise their Round 1 registration up to 3 PM on August 6, while the reset registration facility is available until 12 PM on the same day.

The last date for completing college options has now been extended to 8 AM on August 7. However, applicants can freeze their preferences between 8 PM on August 6 and 8 AM on August 7. The seat allotments will be processed on August 7 and 8, and the result of the Round 1 seat allotments will be announced on August 9.

All participating institutions under the All India Quota (AIQ), including AIIMS, central and deemed universities, and BSc nursing colleges, have been directed to verify the accuracy of the tentative seat vacancies listed in the MCC seat matrix.

Registration for Round 1: Extended until 3:00 PM on August 6, 2025

RESET Registration for Round 1: Available until 12:00 Noon on August 6, 2025

Payment for Round 1: Extended until 6:00 PM on August 6, 2025

Choice Filling for Round 1: Extended until 8:00 AM on August 7, 2025

Choice Locking for Round 1: From 8:00 PM on August 6 to 8:00 AM on August 7, 2025

Seat Allotment Processing (Round 1): Scheduled between August 7 and August 8, 2025

Round 1 Result Declaration: To be announced on August 9, 2025

Reporting to Allotted Institutes (Round 1): From August 9 to August 18, 2025

Step 1: Go to the official website— mcc.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the link MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025 choice filling on the homepage

Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen, and candidates will have to enter the required details on the portal

Step 4: Now, candidates will have to fill out the choices and click on the submit button
