NEET PG 2025 Result: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) conducted the NEET PG 2025 exam successfully on August 3, following a series of legal interventions and rescheduling.

Exam Shifted After Legal Intervention

Initially set for June 15, the NEET PG exam was initially scheduled in two shifts, but the decision raised mass student protests. Students questioned the fairness of the shift-based pattern and took the matter to the Supreme Court.

After the hearing, the Supreme Court instructed NBEMS to hold the exam in one shift, albeit on June 15. NBEMS subsequently requested an extension of time and was allowed to reschedule the test to August 3.

Result Expected Around September 3

Relying on past patterns and media reports, the NEET PG 2025 result is likely to be released by September 3. In the past, NBEMS would take about a month to declare and process results.

For example, in 2024, the NEET PG examination took place on August 11, and the result was announced within 12 days, on August 23. Still, due to the new schedule and change in exam logistics this year, a little more time than before is expected to process the results.

NBEMS Issues Stringent Advisory Against Sharing Exam Content

In a recent notification through its official WhatsApp channel, NBEMS reminded candidates of the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that applies to the NEET PG exam. The board cautioned against reproducing or sharing any portion of the exam, verbally, electronically, or socially.

"NEET-PG is a proprietary exam and is administered only by NBEMS. The contents of this examination are confidential, proprietary, and belong to NBEMS," the board stressed.

As per NBEMS, a Violation can result in punitive action, such as cancellation of candidature.
