Jamia Millia Islamia Invites Applications For Distance & Online Courses; Apply By August 31

Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has started the admissions process for its Distance and Online Programmes for the 2025-26 academic year through its Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE). The university has issued a comprehensive prospectus detailing a broad selection of undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and advanced diploma courses. Eligible applicants can apply online by accessing the official admissions portal at jmi.ucanapply.com. The prospectus and application links are available on jmicoe.in as well.

Wide Range of UG, PG, Diploma and Advanced Diploma Courses Offered

The courses provided are postgraduate levels like MA in English, Hindi, Urdu, History, Geography, Political Science, Public Administration, Islamic Studies, Sociology, Commerce, Human Resource Management, MBA, and M.Ed. Undergraduate courses include BA, BCom, BBA, BEd, and BCIBF. The university is also providing postgraduate diplomas in Guidance and Counselling and Geoinformatics, and advanced diplomas in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Public Policy and Governance, International Relations, Educational Media Production, Mass Media (Hindi and Urdu), and Taxation.

Application Deadline for Non-Entrance Courses: August 31, 2025

For non-entrance programs, applications will be accepted up to August 31, 2025. But candidates who apply for MBA and B.Ed. programs, which are entrance-based, need to submit their application by August 21, 2025.

How To Apply

To apply, the candidates need to register on the portal with a valid email ID and mobile number. They will be sent a verification code, which they have to use to activate their account, login, enter the application form with personal and academic information, upload scanned photograph and signature, and submit the application.
