According to the new counselling timeline, the choice filling and locking window was kept open until August 11, 2025, providing an additional opportunity for candidates to fill their college and course preferences. Upon release, candidates can check the Round 1 seat allotment result on the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in.
MCC undertakes counselling for:
-100% seats in central universities like AMU, BHU, JMI, ESIC
-15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government medical colleges
-State counselling officials manage the remaining 85% of government seats and all private medical college seats.
Understanding the NEET UG 2025 Counselling Process

Firstly, candidates register on the MCC portal with their NEET roll number, personal information, and submit the fee.
