Myntra expands its quick commerce delivery service, M-Now, to Delhi-NCR, and Mumbai. The service was first rolled out in Bengaluru last year, wherein it aimed to deliver goods starting from 30 minutes from order placement. With M-Now, Myntra looks to compete with quick commerce apps like Zepto, Flipkart Minutes, and Blinkit that also offer garments and accessories on their platform.
The online fashion platform offers more than 90,000 products from over 600 brands. It has managed to set up a network of 40+ dark stores across the three cities in India to make M-Now possible. The company claims that its day-order volume has nearly doubled since the last quarter, thanks to the quick commerce delivery service. On Valentine’s Day this year, M-Now saw an increase of 4.5x orders and a 5x increase in new customers. Top choices of gifts were dresses, t-shirts, perfumes, and watches.
M-Now is positioned as a separate section inside the Myntra app. It sits alongside fwd and LUXE that cater to different audiences. M-Now claims that it can offer delivery starting from 30 minutes, which is the minimum time taken. It could take a few hours before the product reaches you, and this is based on the product you order and the time at which you place the order.
