BSE Conducts Demat Auction For DR-642 On June 3, Trading Members Must Follow Timings & Submit Accurate Bids
BSE is conducting a demat auction on June 3, 2025, for settlement DR-642. Trading members can enter offers between 2:00 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. Pay-in is scheduled for June 4, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.

Mumbai: BSE Limited has announced a demat auction for settlement number DR-642/2025-26. The auction is scheduled for Tuesday, June 3, 2025. This auction is meant for trading members of the exchange. They can place offers to buy shares in the auction.
The auction will follow a fixed schedule:
Offer entry time: 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Auction matching time: 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Delivery statement and accepted offers report: 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Money statement and final reports: 3:35 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The pay-in of securities for the auction will take place on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Members and custodians must ensure that securities are delivered in time. They should also follow the depository's cut-off timings.
Earlier, trading members who had short-delivered securities were not allowed to participate in the same auction. This restriction is now removed. Now, all trading members can offer securities even if they have short delivered them.
Members are advised to carefully enter the correct security code and price while making their offers. The exchange will not allow changes after submission.
The exchange also asks members to check for any corporate actions like bonus, rights, or splits that may affect the security.
BSE holds the right to accept or reject any offer without giving reasons.
