Mumbai: BSE Limited has announced a demat auction under Rolling Settlement No. DR-645/2025-26, inviting trading members to participate in the purchase of securities through auction on Friday, June 6, 2025. The auction will take place on trading terminals and follow a structured timeline.

The session begins with Auction Offer Entry from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., followed by Auction Matching from 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.. A delivery statement and report of accepted offers will be issued between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., while the final Money Statement and Reports will be released from 3:35 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The securities pay-in related to the auction will take place on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.

Members and custodians must verify their pay-in obligations and ensure execution within the designated depository cut-off timings. Importantly, BSE has clarified that post-implementation of the Uniform Membership structure in the Equity Cash Segment, settlements will now occur via the clearing member associated with the trading member. Additionally, the prior restriction on trading members offering securities they had short-delivered in the same settlement has been removed.

The notice emphasizes accuracy during offer entry, especially regarding securities codes and rates, as no corrections will be allowed. Members are also advised to refer to the auction offer entry screen for applicable cut-off rates and stay informed about corporate actions impacting scrips.
