Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh): Three girls lost their lives after drowning in a rain-filled pond in Indergarh town of Madhya Pradesh's Datia district.
The pond, recently constructed by the local municipal council, had no safety measures in place and was filled beyond normal levels due to heavy rainfall.
The incident has left the entire area in shock and mourning.
According to the reports, being unaware of the dangers the girls went to take a bath in the pond.

The local police officials took immediate response in the matter. They rushed to the spot and began an investigation. The deceased girls’ families and villagers are devastated and grieved.
