Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Bollywood actor Pankaj Tripathi attended an event on tourism and shared his admiration for Madhya Pradesh on the second day of the Global Investors Summit (GIS) 2025 on Tuesday.
He expressed his deep connection with the state and praised its beauty-- both in & out, hospitality, supportive people and film-friendly atmosphere.

He said that he usually speaks lines written by others, but today he was speaking his own words. He also apologised in case he said anything wrong.
"Meri aadat hai dusro ki script bolne ki, aaj apni script bol raha hu, kuch galat bol diya ho toh maafi," he said while addressing the audience.
Tripathi shared his plans for the coming month, saying he hopes to explore the forests of Madhya Pradesh. He invited everyone to visit the heart of India and witness its beauty.
He praised the state, saying, "MP is wonderful, the people here are very nice. During film shoots, we never faced any problems or interruptions. I encourage everyone to visit this state and experience it."

He concluded by expressing his emotional bond with the state:
"Main saubhagya shali hoon. Main paida hua Bihar mein, rehta Mumbai mein hoon, lekin MP se kuch toh juda hua hai."
