Global Investors Summit 2025 In Bhopal: Extensive Parking Arrangements Made For Guests, Foreign Delegates At Sair Sapata, Dussehra Ground & More

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): With a large number of guests expected at the Global Investors' Summit (GIS-2025) at Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya, extensive parking and transportation arrangements have been made by the district administration to ensure smooth entry and exit.

A fleet of 1,149 electric vehicles, including three types of e-buses and 973 cars, will transport attendees from designated parking areas to the venue.

Administration also released an advisory for the timings to get entry. All attendees must reach parking by 6:30 am, with transport scheduled until 7:30 am. Delegates attending the Prime Minister’s program must arrive by 8:30 am. Attendees are advised to carry minimal luggage due to high-security measures.

Parking allocations are based on issued passes:

- Government Officials – Smart City Parking & VIP Parking No. 2 (own vehicles allowed).

- Guest of Honour (Five-Star Category) – VIP Parking No. 1, with MPIDC-arranged transport.

- Guest of Honour (Others) – 23rd Battalion Ground (own vehicles allowed).

- Special Invitees – Regional College, Demonstration School, and Police Radio Ground (e-buses available).

- Media & Journalists – Police Radio Ground & nearby Marriage Garden; e-buses available.

- Foreign Delegates – Sair Sapata (MPIDC-arranged transport).

- NRI/OCI/PIO/MP Diaspora – Police Radio Ground (MPIDC-arranged transport).

- Delegates (Hotels/Local) – Parking at Dussehra Ground, TT Nagar Multi-Level Parking, and Ram Mandir Atal Path, with electric vehicle transport.

Gate Entry Arrangements:

- Gate 1: Guest of Honor (Five-Star).

- Gate 2: Other Guests of Honor, Foreign Delegates, Officials, Organizers.

- Gate 3 & 4: Special Invitees, Media, NRI/OCI.

- Gate 5 & 6: Delegates (7:30 AM).
