The site's homepage prominently displayed a silhouette of Trump alongside the bold message "America is Back."
However, the absence of the US Constitution page garnered significant attention, as this section had previously highlighted the Constitution's importance under former President Joe Biden.

The updated site also featured "404 error - Page not found" messages for bio pages of past presidents, including Abraham Lincoln and Barack Obama. Additionally, the Spanish-language version of the site was inaccessible, displaying a similar error message.
Harrison Fields, the principal deputy press secretary, announced the White House's commitment to restoring the Spanish translation section of its website. The absence of the US Constitution from the White House’s website just after Donald Trump's inauguration raised concerns, leading to widespread discussions on social media regarding the new administration’s views on the nation's founding documents according to a report by USA Today.
Following social media concerns, the White House stated that these problems were 'unintentional and temporary'. According to report by USA Today, principal deputy press secretary Harrison Fields noted,"It's day two. We are in the process of developing, editing and tweaking the White House website. As part of this ongoing work, some of the archived content on the website went dormant. We are committed to reloading that content in a short timeline."
The homepage prominently featured a silhouette of Trump with the message "America is Back," while links to new presidential statements appeared. However, visitors encountered a 404 error for missing pages of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Fields explained that the website was undergoing development and content adjustments, making some archived materials dormant. He reassured the people that the team is actively working to reload the content, including the Spanish-language versions, within a short timeframe, emphasizing a commitment to provide comprehensive and accessible information on the White House’s official site.
