A Swedish firm has offered a strange policy to its employees in order to promote a healthy work environment. Erika Lust Films, a private Swedish company, gives a 30-minute masturbation break to its workers every day to 'relieve stress and agitation' among them. The founder of the company, Erika Lust, explained that she introduced the wacky rule after noticing that her team - and herself - were 'struggling' with the usual stresses of life, along with the added anxieties of Covid.
Erika came up with this policy as a trial at first, which concluded as successful. Later in May 2022, she came up with a permanent policy of giving a 30-minute break to each employee every day for 'self-pleasure.'
Here's What The Founder Says:

In a blog post, Erika explained why she brought this policy. She wrote, "In 2021, a year into the pandemic, I started noticing my team and myself struggling. Years of pandemic life had started to take their toll on us. We were less focused, more agitated, and overall more anxious."
The Masturbation Station In the Office
Further, she added in the blog post that she dedicated a Masturbation Month for her team and offered them an extra 30 minutes off every day to use for their self-pleasure routine. They also set up a room in the office, which they call 'the masturbation station.'
She wrote, "Masturbation has been shown to not only make you happier, more relaxed and more focused, but it is also a proven creativity booster and it increases your focus and drive to get things done."
Implied Masturbation Break As Permanent Policy
Erika Lust Films has implied a permanent policy of 'masturbation break' for its employees. Erika wrote in her blog, "I launched the initiative to coincide with Masturbation Month but we decided to make 'masturbation break' a permanent company policy that we enforce until this day."
