An Indian woman named Samanpreet Kaur has alleged that her husband has abandoned her along with her 7-year-old child and has fled to the USA on an asylum case. In an Instagram post, Samanpreet urges US authorities to deport him to his home country as 'he is a fake asylee and has no life threat in India.' In the social media posts, the lady has put serious allegations against her husband; she is even ready to prove his fake asylum.
Sharing pictures from their wedding along with the marriage certificate Samanpreet shared that her husband has cheated on her and has married to someone else in the US or is having a live-in relationship.
She wrote, "My husband went to USA in 2022 on asylum case. He is a fake asylee as he has no life threat here in his home country. And now he has married or is intending to marry someone or is having a live-in relationship, on which circumstances i don't know, but he is still married to me legally.
"He went there illegaly just to earn money as well citizenship. We have 7 year old daughter named Guntass kaur and he didn't think twice before abandoning both of us," she added.
The woman also shared that her father-in-law and husband kept her in the dark and also threatened her for not stopping her husband from doing anything. She also said that they false promised her and also tried to transport her and her daughter to the USA illegally.
The woman is not sure about her husband being married to another woman in the US but she said that her gather-in-law was told that he was married for green card but is not sure if he was lying.
"I can give proof of his fake asylum whenever i am asked. I want justice for me and my daughter," said Samanpreet in her post. In a long caption she also said that she would want to file a case against both her husband and father-in-law.
