The second season of the World Championship of Legends (WCL) is all set to kickstart on July 18 in England. Pakistan, India, England, Pakistan, Australia, South Africa and West Indies will partake in the competition as retired and veteran cricketers like Yuvraj Singh, Brett Lee, Eoin Morgan, Shikhar Dhawan and Shahid Afridi will be in action.
India, captained by Yuvraj Singh, had won the inaugural edition of the tournament last year, defeating arch-rivals Pakistan by five wickets in the final. The tournament will also see India and Pakistan face one another on the field in a cricketing tournament following recent border tensions; hence, the venue of Edgbaston, Birmingham is likely to be jampacked.
The venues for the tournament are Edgbaston, Northampton, Leicester and Leeds.
