In a video surfaced on social media, Barnes was seen with a shocked expression while holding his foot before limping away.

The incident occurred in the third quarter of the game at Scotiabank Arena as Barnes jumped to break Karl-Anthony Towns scoring attempt from behind. With the referee calling him out for foul play, he clashed with Towns and landed awkwardly. The Raptors star was seen writhing in pain and reportedly told the trainers that he couldn't feel his foot.
Below is the video of his awkward landing and limping away off the court.
Status of Scottie Barnes' injury unclear:
According to media reports, it remains unclear for how long the 23-year-old will be sidelined. Nevertheless, the Raptors only have one game the next week as they face Miami Heat on Thursday in South Florida. Barnes had some excellent numbers heading into the game against the Knicks as he averaged 21 points, 8.7 rebounds and 7.8 assists per game.
The youngster also had an orbital fracture in October after copping a blow to his face from Denver Nuggets' Nikola Jokic. The game between the Raptors and Knicks was tight throughout, but the latter had a 5-0 run when 45 seconds were left and snatched victory.
