Jitesh Sharma has had an unforgettable month. After playing a key role in helping Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) win their first-ever IPL title earlier this June, he returned to lead his team, NECO Master Blaster, to victory in the Vidarbha Pro T20 League.
RCB’s historic IPL 2025 win ended their long wait of 18 years for a title. Jitesh was one of the top performers for the team, scoring 261 runs at a high strike rate of over 176 and making 20 dismissals as a wicketkeeper. He played a major role in the team’s successful campaign under the captaincy of Rajat Patidar.


Soon after the IPL final, Jitesh joined the Vidarbha Pro T20 League, a local tournament featuring six teams. He was named captain of NECO Master Blaster. After losing their first match, Jitesh’s team bounced back with three straight wins to reach the final.
