IShowSpeed left NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo stunned after successfully dunking at the same outdoor court in Athens where the basketball icon made his first-ever dunk at age 14.
The YouTube sensation was in Greece where Antetokounmpo guided him through significant places, including the Acropolis and his childhood neighborhood. The two began their day at the outdoor court where the Milwaukee Bucks star first rose to the rim. There, Giannis issued Speed a challenge to attempt a dunk on the very same hoop.
Despite being more than a foot shorter than Giannis, IShowSpeed didn’t back down. He gathered himself, took a few steps, and soared just high enough to complete the slam to Giannis’ surprise. "Come on!" Speed shouted after the dunk. "Where Giannis got his first dunk, I got mine!" he declared proudly.

Later, over a casual meal, Giannis shared a surprising piece of news that none other than NBA legend Michael Jordan would be visiting him the next day. Speed, caught mid-bite, was visibly shocked.
"I want to meet Jordan one day,” Speed said while chewing. Giannis replied, “When do you leave?” When Speed said he couldn’t “disclose” the date, Giannis added, “If you're here tomorrow, come with me.”

During a live stream with Speed, Giannis addressed growing speculation about a possible move to the New York Knicks rumors that have swirled since the Bucks’ early playoff elimination and recent roster shake-ups.
“A lot of people have tried to convince me, try to convince me to go and play there [New York] and stuff,” Giannis said, acknowledging the outside pressure but stopping short of making any firm commitments.
Will Giannis Antetokounmpo stay at Milwaukee Bucks?
Giannis has cemented his legacy in Milwaukee, winning two MVPs, a Defensive Player of the Year award, and leading the franchise to an NBA championship. Though the two-time MVP still has two guaranteed seasons left on his contract, along with a player option for 2026–27, the Bucks’ recent moves including the release of Damian Lillard due to an Achilles injury and the quick signing of Myles Turner signal that the front office is focused on keeping Giannis rather than rebuilding.
