Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry, widely regarded as the greatest three-point shooter in basketball history, produced a jaw-dropping highlight heel during the Warriors' game against the Brooklyn Nets.

During the second quarter of the match, Curry delivered a moment of magic just before the halftime buzzer. With only a few seconds left on the clock, new teammate Jimmy Butler fed Curry the ball near mid-court, hoping for some buzzer-beating brilliance.

Curry, with his back facing the basket, quickly pivoted and launched a deep three-pointer from the logo, despite two Nets defenders closing in on him. The ball sailed through the air and swished perfectly into the basket, leaving the crowd in awe.

Without any celebration, Curry coolly jogged straight into the locker room, leaving the scoreboard reading 60-55 in favour of the Nets at halftime. Curry finished the first half with a game-high 16 points with four made triples against the Nets.

The Warriors have been in red-hot form since acquiring Jimmy Butler at the trade deadline, boasting a 9-2 record in their last 11 games. Curry has been instrumental in the team's surge, shooting an incredible 51.8% from beyond the arc making 29 of his last 56 three-point attempts during the Warriors' current five-game road trip.

Curry achieves major milestone

Before facing Brooklyn Nets, Curry achieved a significant milestone in his illustrious career. By moving up the NBA all-time list for career field goals made, Curry surpassed the legendary Hal Greer to claim the 31st spot on the leaderboard. With 8,510 made field goals in regular season play, Curry’s consistency and precision have solidified his place among the basketball elite. Despite ranking 31st in all-time field goals made, Curry holds the top position for three-pointers
