The thrilling race marked a significant victory for the filly trained by the renowned Pesi Shroff. Field Of Dreams and Star Of Night secured second and third positions, respectively, in a competitive field of 15 runners vying for the first Classic of the Mumbai racing season.

Golden Glory and Expedite set the early pace, leading the pack through the initial stages. Midway through the race, Mumtaz seized the lead, with Psychic Star biding her time and holding her position around seventh place.

With 100 meters left to the winning post, Psychic Star unleashed a powerful burst of speed to pull away from her rivals, crossing the finish line a commanding four lengths ahead of Field Of Dreams.

The victory further solidifies Psychic Star’s growing reputation, adding the JSK1 Indian 1000 Guineas to her earlier triumph in the HPSL Golconda 1000 Guineas.
