In today’s hyper-connected world, where perception often shapes progress, public relations (PR) has become more than just a business accessory — it's a necessity. What once began as word-of-mouth promotion has transformed into a comprehensive digital strategy, essential for visibility, trust and growth. At the forefront of this transformation in Maharashtra stands UCHIT Media Services, a PR agency committed to impact and integrity.

A vision rooted in relevance

Established in 2015 by media professional Jivraj Chole and commerce graduate Reshma Chole, UCHIT Media Services has steadily built a reputation for delivering focused and effective media strategies to organisations with meaningful stories to tell. The name “UCHIT” – meaning “appropriate” in Marathi and Hindi – reflects the firm's founding philosophy: to bridge the gap between deserving entities and fair media representation.

“During my years in journalism, I saw how organisations doing genuine work often lacked visibility due to limited PR budgets,” recalls Jivraj Chole, who has worked with reputed media houses including Daily Sakal, Kesari and the MIT Group of Institutes. “At the same time, entities with less real impact were leveraging PR to gain disproportionate attention. UCHIT was founded to correct that imbalance.”

A decade of Impact

From a modest start with just 10 clients, UCHIT Media now boasts a roster of nearly 500 clients across diverse sectors — industrial, educational, healthcare, cultural, political and entertainment. Its key services include strategic media planning, targeted press outreach, multilingual media relations (Marathi, Hindi, English), event and celebrity/media coordination and digital media integration.

High-impact clientele

UCHIT’s impressive client list features well-known names such as Sudarshan Chemicals, Suryadatta Group of Institutes, Army Institute of Technology, Finolex Industries, Mukul Madhav Foundation, ICAI, Sindhi Premier League, Benecare Hospital and Keshayurveda, among others. The firm has also provided strategic media support to political and social entities like the Republican Party of India and the Maharashtra Tax Practitioners Association.

In terms of events, UCHIT has played a key role in shaping public engagement for major initiatives such as the Satara Half Marathon, Pune Navratri Festival (Silver Jubilee) and the Pune-Pandharpur Wari, adding a layer of media visibility to community-driven efforts.

A lean team, a broad vision

Operating with a core team of 5–6 professionals and a freelancer network across Maharashtra, UCHIT is now gearing up for pan-India expansion. Despite its small size, the team’s agility, dedication and strategic thinking have enabled them to deliver consistent results for a diverse range of clients.

“Our goal has always been to offer sensible, strategic and socially conscious PR to organisations that truly contribute to society,” says Chole. “It’s not just about visibility — it’s about purpose.”
