Western Railway To Run Superfast Tejas Special Trains On Mumbai Central–Rajkot & Gandhidham Routes; Check Details

For the convenience of passengers and to meet the travel demand, especially during the summer season, Western Railway has decided to run Superfast Tejas Special Trains on Special Fare between Mumbai Central and Rajkot & Mumbai Central and Gandhidham.

Mumbai: For the convenience of passengers and to meet the travel demand, especially during the summer season, Western Railway has decided to run Superfast Tejas Special Trains on Special Fare between Mumbai Central and Rajkot & Mumbai Central and Gandhidham.

Additionally, to further cater to passenger demand, Western Railway has also extended the trips of two pairs of Special Trains on Special Fare.

According to Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, Vineet Abhishek Train umber 09005 Mumbai Central - Rajkot Special will depart from Mumbai Central every Wednesday & Friday at 11.20 pm and reach Rajkot at 11.45 am, the next day. This train will run from 30th May to 27th June, 2025.

Similarly, Train No. 09006 Rajkot – Mumbai Central Special will depart from Rajkot every Thursday & Saturday at 6.30 pm and will arrive Mumbai Central at 07.30 am, the next day. This train will run from 31st May to 28th June, 2025.

Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Anand, Ahmedabad, Viramgam, Surendranagar, & Wankaner station in both directions.

This train comprises of First AC, AC 2-Tier and AC 3-Tier Coaches.

Similarly, train No. 09017 Mumbai Central – Gandhidham Special will depart from Mumbai Central every Monday at 11.20 pm and reach Gandhidham at 12.55 noon the next day. This train will run from 02nd June to 30th June, 2025.

Similarly, Train No. 09018 Gandhidham - Mumbai Central Special will depart from Gandhidham every Tuesday at 6.55 pm and arrive Mumbai Central at 07.30 am the next day. This train will run from 03rd June, 2025 to 01st July, 2025.

Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Anand, Ahmedabad, Viramgam, Samakhiali and Bhachau stations in both direction.

This train comprises of First AC, AC 2-Tier and AC 3-Tier Coaches.

Extension of Trains:

Train No. 09067 Udhna – Jaynagar Unreserved Special has been extended up to 29th June, 2025.

Train No. 09068 Jaynagar – Udhna Unreserved Special has been extended up to 30th June, 2025

Train No. 09069 Udhna – Samastipur Special has been extended up to 28th June, 2025

Train No. 09070 Samastipur – Udhna Special has been extended up to 30th June, 2025

The booking for Train No. 09005, 09006, 09017 & 09018 will open from 25.05.2025 and for extended trips of Train No. 09069 will open on 27.05.2025 at all PRS Counters and on IRCTC website.
