Palghar, Maharahstra: An incident unfolded at the Tulinj police station in Nalasopara on Tuesday, as two rival groups, including women, who had come to file complaints, ended up brawling on the premises. A video of the clash quickly went viral on social media.

According to an official from the police station, the two parties arrived to lodge complaints related to an ongoing dispute. However, before the matter could be formally addressed, a heated argument erupted between them. The exchange of words quickly devolved into a physical altercation, with members from both sides punching, kicking, and hurling abuses at each other.

The viral video shows police officers intervening to separate the quarreling individuals. Despite being pulled apart, the groups continued to verbally abuse each other loudly.

The official stated that no offense has been registered yet against those involved in the fight, as an inquiry is currently underway to ascertain the exact reason behind their dispute.
