Mumbai: In a shocking and disturbing incident, a 45-year-old dance teacher has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a three-year-old boy during a summer camp in Ulhasnagar. The accused, identified as Jitendra Dulani, had organised a two-day summer camp.
According to police, around 20 children had enrolled in the two-day summer camp organised by the accused, Jitendra Dulani. During a break in the camp, the three-year-old boy told police that Dulani took him into a dark room, removed his clothes, and sexually assaulted him, as reported by Hindustan Times.
A police officer stated that after returning home, the child began experiencing physical discomfort. When his parents gently enquired about it, he revealed the inappropriate behaviour of the dance teacher, as per report. Following the parents' complaint, the Vitthalwadi police carried out a late-night raid and arrested Dulani at his residence.
The operation was conducted under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Sachin Gore, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Amol Koli, and Senior Police Inspector (PI) Anil Padwal. Dulani was later produced in court and remanded for five days of police custody. Authorities are now recording statements from the other children who attended the camp to determine if anyone else was assaulted or subjected to inappropriate behaviour.
Police Arrest 23-Year-Old Man For Alleged Sexual Assault Of Minor Boy In Ulhasnagar Public Toilet
A 23-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor boy in a public toilet in Ulhasnagar on Thursday. The accused, identified as Amit, is a labourer who resides in Ulhasnagar. According to the police, the incident occurred when the victim entered the public toilet, where Amit allegedly assaulted him.
The victim rushed home and told his mother about the incident. Shocked by what their child had experienced, the parents went to the local police station to file a First Information Report (FIR) against the accused under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
