Mumbai: Sunteck Realty, based in Mumbai, has signed a joint development agreement to develop a 3.5-acre land plot in Mira Road, Mumbai. The initiative, projected to have a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 12 billion, will contribute around 5.5 lakh square feet of usable space to the company’s assets.

The land area, approximately 13,500 square metres, is conveniently situated along the Western Express Highway, providing superb connectivity through the future Metro Line 9 and being close to Dahisar and Mira Road train stations.

This signifies Sunteck's ongoing growth in the Mira Road micro-market, where its current high-end project, Sunteck SkyPark, has achieved total sales exceeding Rs 10 billion.

The new development will include contemporary facilities and sweeping vistas of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. Infrastructure improvements like the Borivali-Thane tunnel and the Coastal Road extension are anticipated to enhance the area's attractiveness for both homebuyers and investors.
