Fifty young and promising musicians from all over the country in disciplines like vocal, violin, flute, mrudangam, tabla and nadaswaram were presented the Sri Shanmukhananda Sriram Seva Sankalp Foundation's Smt M S Subbulakshmi fellowship in music instituted by the Sri Shanmukhananda Fine Arts and Sangeetha Sabha.
The Sri Shanmukhananda Dr M S Subbulakshmi Sangeetha Pracharya awards were presented to veteran musicians Dr Kamalakshi Omanakutty and Kuldeep Pai.
