Navi Mumbai: The College of Hotel & Tourism Management Studies (CHTMS), Bharati Vidyapeeth Navi Mumbai, will host a free hospitality workshop on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 10 AM. The event, aimed exclusively at students aspiring to pursue Hotel Management, will be conducted entirely by second-year students, showcasing their practical skills and leadership.

The workshop will feature hands-on sessions in cake baking, Mexican cuisine, mocktail preparation, and an introduction to Rooms Division Management (RDM). Students will learn how to make Pineapple and Black Forest Gateaux, Cottage Cheese Burritos, and Spinach & Corn Quesadillas. There will also be a colorful display of mocktail mixing, as well as a detailed introduction to RDM, covering aspects of front office, housekeeping, and guest services.

Participants will receive certificates upon completion, adding to their academic and professional credentials. The workshop is designed to give future hospitality students a glimpse into the real-world applications of their prospective field.

Interested students are required to register in advance through an online form. Additionally, a dedicated WhatsApp group has been created to share updates related to the workshop. The event promises to be an enriching experience for all participants, highlighting the strong academic environment and hands-on learning approach that Bharati Vidyapeeth is known for.
