Navi Mumbai: The NRI police have detained two friends after a 19-year-old girl died after falling from the seventh floor of a partially constructed abandoned building in Belapur on Thursday. The girl was partying with two other men when the incident took place, police said.

According to police, the deceased was living at her friend’s house for the past two days. Meanwhile, they planned a beer party. However, the deceased's friend was not ready for a beer party at home and they decided to go outside for it. They went to the seventh floor of the abandoned building in sector 15 near D Mart Belapur along the main road.
